Yaketa Heath-Green is an accomplished healthcare revenue cycle leader with more than 20 years of experience driving operational excellence, strengthening financial performance, and leading revenue cycle improvement initiatives across healthcare organizations.
Throughout her career, she has developed extensive expertise in revenue cycle operations, accounts receivable management, denial prevention and resolution, payer reimbursement, revenue recovery, and process optimization. Her leadership experience includes overseeing teams, developing performance strategies, improving operational workflows, and implementing solutions designed to maximize reimbursement and strengthen financial outcomes.
Yaketa holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Healthcare Management. She is also pursuing her Doctor of Healthcare Administration, further advancing her knowledge of healthcare leadership, organizational strategy, and healthcare systems management.
Her combination of executive leadership experience, operational expertise, and advanced education provides a strong foundation for helping healthcare organizations navigate complex revenue cycle challenges.
